What does the Free plan include?
The Free plan includes up to 2 properties with 5 units each, full tenant & lease management, rent charges, payments, expenses, photo attachments, and multi-currency support. PDF reports are Pro-only.
How does the APK install work?
Tap "Download APK" on your Android phone, open the file from your downloads, and allow your browser or file manager to install apps from this source when prompted. The APK is signed and verified.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes. Authentication uses short-lived JWTs. The database runs on managed Postgres with TLS. You can export your data at any time.
Do you support Robi / Airtel mobile billing?
Yes — subscriptions are billed exclusively through the bdapps gateway. Enter your Robi or Airtel Bangladesh number on this page, confirm the OTP sent by SMS, and the 5.56 BDT per day charge (inclusive of VAT & SD) is deducted from your prepaid mobile balance.
How does the OTP subscription work?
Enter your mobile number → we check whether it's already registered with bdapps → if so, you're instantly recognised; if not, we send a one-time code to your phone → enter the code to confirm the subscription. The whole flow takes about 30 seconds.
