What does PlotTrack cost?
৳5.56 per day, including VAT and SD, billed directly through your Robi or Airtel number. No card is ever required, and you can cancel anytime from Profile → My Subscription.
Can I use PlotTrack outside Bangladesh?
Yes — properties support any world currency via a searchable currency picker, and you can also sign in with email and password instead of a Bangladeshi number.
Do I need internet to use it?
Yes. PlotTrack syncs live with your account so your properties, tenants and payments are always up to date across sessions.
Which languages are supported?
English and বাংলা, switchable anytime from Settings — the whole app, not just parts of it.
How many properties or units can I add?
You can add multiple properties, units and tenants through the same guided flow used during setup. Available limits depend on your plan.
Can I generate reports?
Yes — a clean PDF report for any month, or an annual roll-up, generated in one tap from the Finances tab.
Is it safe to install the APK directly?
Yes. The APK is hosted directly on this site and hasn't been modified. Android shows a standard "install unknown apps" warning for any app installed outside the Play Store — this is expected, not a sign of a problem.
