These terms explain the basis on which you may use TaqwaNoor. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy before subscribing.
01Accepting these terms
By creating an account, verifying your phone number, or otherwise using TaqwaNoor, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the service. These terms apply to every visitor and subscriber of TaqwaNoor, in addition to any terms your mobile operator applies to Direct Carrier Billing.
02Access & subscription
Access to TaqwaNoor requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number on the Robi or Airtel network and a one-time verification code sent to that number.
Subscription price: ৳2.78/day, including VAT + SD + SC — billed directly to your mobile account by your operator through Direct Carrier Billing.
We do not collect or process card, bank, or wallet payment details ourselves — billing, renewal, and collection are handled entirely by your mobile operator under its own billing terms. You are responsible for keeping sufficient balance or credit on your mobile account to maintain an active subscription, and for any charges incurred while your subscription remains active.
03Acceptable use
You agree to use TaqwaNoor only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes connected to reading, studying, and practicing the content it provides. You agree not to:
attempt to circumvent the subscription or verification system;
scrape, copy, or redistribute the app's content or code for commercial purposes;
interfere with the service's normal operation, including automated abuse of our servers or our third-party providers;
use the service to harass, mislead, or harm others.
We reserve the right to suspend access for accounts that violate these terms.
04Content accuracy
TaqwaNoor is a study companion, not a substitute for qualified Islamic scholarship. We take real care to source Qur'anic text, Bangla translation, tafsir, and hadith from recognised references, but translation and interpretation are, by their nature, imperfect — English and Bangla renderings of the Qur'an and hadith may not capture every nuance of the original Arabic, and machine-assisted translations used for supplementary tafsir text may occasionally contain errors.
For matters of religious ruling, worship practice, or personal guidance, please consult a qualified scholar (alim) rather than relying on the app alone.
05Availability
We work to keep TaqwaNoor available and responsive, but the service depends in part on third-party providers — including prayer-time, hadith, and translation APIs — and on your mobile operator's network and billing systems. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and features may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, provider outages, network conditions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We will work to restore normal service as quickly as practical when interruptions occur.
06Termination
You may stop using TaqwaNoor and end your subscription at any time from the Settings or Subscription page inside the app, which requests that your operator stop future billing.
We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms, attempt to abuse the verification or billing system, or where required by our mobile operator or billing partner. On termination, your local device data (bookmarks, preferences, and progress) is not automatically deleted from your device, but access to the service itself will end.
07Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms as TaqwaNoor's features or billing arrangements evolve. When we make a material change, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms; if you disagree with a change, you should stop using the service and may unsubscribe at any time.
08Contact us
