1. Accepting these terms

By creating an account and using TaqwaGuide, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Access & subscription

Access to TaqwaGuide is provided through a Robi or Airtel mobile subscription, billed at 2.78 tk/day including VAT + SD + SC by your mobile operator. Billing continues until you unsubscribe from your Settings page.

3. Acceptable use

Use the service only for personal, non-commercial reading and reflection.
Do not attempt to copy, redistribute or resell content from TaqwaGuide without permission.
Do not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the service.

4. Content accuracy

We take great care to source Quran text, translations, Tafsir and Hadith from recognised collections. However, TaqwaGuide is a study companion, not a substitute for guidance from qualified scholars on matters of religious ruling.

5. Availability

We aim to keep TaqwaGuide available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, particularly during maintenance or issues with third-party data sources.

6. Termination

You may stop using TaqwaGuide and unsubscribe at any time. We reserve the right to suspend access for accounts found to be in violation of these terms.

7. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
